This lets us make a lot of bold statements about the authenticity and quality of our products.
How committed are we? If your item is damaged when you received it or it's damaged after usage you can make a return within 40 days from the purchase date, only paying for shipping.
So, whilst we’re sure you won’t have any issues, rest assured that no matter where you’re heading, your Koxa bag is ready to go with you.
How to request a repair or replacement.
It´s really simple, just email us at info@koxa.com with a short description and pictures of the problem with your product and your order number (Which you´ll find on our website) and we´ll guide you through the rest of the simple process.
¿Do we also cover wear and tear?
Our goal is to give you confidence in the quality of our products and workmanship. If a product has been subject to very heavy use and is showing signs of natural wear and tear it may not be subject to free repair service. We will review all items carefully and give a fair assessment of the case. Even if there has been an issue caused by misuse vs a manufacturing defect we can offer a paid repair service at a reasonable cost.
¿What about Items purchased through other retailers?
Don't worry, your goods are still covered under our promise. Please come directly to us as opposed to contacting the retailer and we'll resolve the issue.
